Meet Coleman and Jojo

pb.jpg

You think art galleries are cool, admit it. Well, so does Coleman (pictured: dog), Jojo (pictured: cat), and Spidey (not pictured) the furry residents of one in New York City. Their owner, Hanna, found Coleman while walking around in Williamsburg, Brooklyn about eight years ago. A proactive dog, Coleman was trying to find his own home by looking into everyone’s doorway’s for an in. When they met it was instant love: barking and leg humping included; and that’s when she knew. Coleman gave up his leg humping ways for face licking instead, being timed at 20 minutes and going strong! Since he started eating Force, his coat looks great and no one believes he’s almost nine years old.

Jojo had a long journey before she got to Hanna. First she hung out with a homeless guy and then at a kind of halfway house for cats where she was routinely roughed up. Good thing she found Hanna because now she’s the “queen of the castle.” Like a lot of kitties out there, she enjoys looking at birds and squirrels from a safe distance inside the house. In the colder months, you can often find her lounging in a box that’s just a little too small for her for warmth or emotional comfort… who knows? (Perhaps there’s a stash of cat nip in there?) Jojo is also proud to be a little environmentalist kitty and can’t wait for Prowl to come in a refill bag. Good news, Jojo! They’ll be arriving soon!
